Backstory

My wife was diagnosed with breast cancer in the fall of 2008. It was caught early. Aggressive bilateral mastectomy was the choice. My concern was the lack of a cohesive focus to find a cure. I wanted a definitive course, I wanted strong leadership, I wanted to know the solution. So, I did what any normally crazy supportive co-survivor would do... enlisted for an ironman. Food, Glorious Food

Went for my bike ride today (2hr) plus a run (1hr15min). This is my food intake for the 2nd half of today, approx 5 hours:

3/4 box of Mac & Cheese (Cheesiest)
Can of tuna fish (made tuna salad) on a sesame seed bun
3-4 glass of water
1 bottle of boulevard wheat beer
1 medium blackberry shake from DQ
3/4 cup of rice (cooked)
1 zuchinni
1 chicken breast (bone-in)
1 drumstick (bone-in)
probably a quarter cup of barbeque sauce
2" x 1" x 1" cube of sharp aged cheddar
10 crackers (half-dollar size, cracked wheat)

Just with the Mac (900 calories) and shake (760 calories) is a nice 1660... time for dessert.
